Salary: $35,000/year PLUS BONUSES!

Schedule: Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm

This is an Inbound Customer Service/Sales position. This is a great opportunity for someone in the customer service/sales industry to work for a great company with a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Required skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Call Centre Customer service/Sales required
• Is fluent in both French and English and can respond to common questions asked by customers.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
• Renew or upsell memberships with the company
• Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
