Qualifications

• University Degree, College Diploma or CIP Designation.
• 1-2 years experience working within the financial services industry.
• Minimum 1 year Call Centre experience a must.
• Good working knowledge of Automobile and Homeowner product lines preferred.
• Good customer service experience
• Ability to deal with irate customers in a calm and professional manner
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of PMS/HUON systems an asset.
• Computer skills (MS Word and Excel).

Duties

• Handle telephone inquiries from Brokers and Policyholders regarding policy status and company guidelines with respect to Billing, Processing and Claims.
• Provide technical support.
• Manages an assigned territory of Brokers for the purposes of encouraging Portal usage and providing processing feedback.
• Research complaints and provide timely solutions, liaising with other departments as required.
• Conduct Broker visitations as required.
• Maintain daily call volume equal to or above daily team average and aim to meet unit service goals as assigned.
• Conduct Portal processing audits.
