Position: Bilingual Reimbursement Associate

This position is within the Financial Services sector of the Automobile company. This is a great opportunity for someone in the customer service industry to work for a great company with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• University or College degree/diploma is a must!!
• Must be fully bilingual in English and French
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer service required
• Must be able to Multi-task
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Is fluent in responding to common questions asked by customers
• Must be open to growth opportunities
• Previous Accounts Receivable/collections experience an asset

Duties

• Communicate with Insurance companies and Automobile dealerships regarding policy coverages
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
• Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
• Recommend process improvements.
