Accountabilities:

• Participate in working teams involved in projects affecting procurement, merchandising and supply chain systems.
• Collect business requirements for system enhancements and communicate these requirements to ISD.
• Work on implementation teams as a business representative.
• Work with business areas to analyze and understand business processes with the goal of improving efficiencies.
• Collect ongoing measurements on the effectiveness of business processes.
• Identify and track all issues within the business and prioritize for resolution.
• Work with business areas to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate implementation of solutions/improvements with business areas.
• Regular status reporting on all projects.
• Ongoing project management and planning – organize tasks to be carried out as part of analysis and implementation and ensure they are completed.
• Prepare and coordinate materials for presentations.

Role Requirements:

• University or college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 2-3 years experience in a related role.
• Previous experience in project management a definite asset.
• Motivated, independent worker with strong analytical skills
• Superior organization and planning skills.
• Strong technical skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.).
• Team player.
• Ability to deal professionally with all level of the company.
