Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Supervisory or Management experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Related experience in a Call Centre environment
• RIBO or General Agents License
• CIP of CAIB designation preferred

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering an unprecedented Customer Experience and leading Let's Change Insurance culture
• Responsible for delivering coaching and feedback at expected levels to each broker - accelerate performance and achieve goals.
• Through additional remote and side-by-side monitoring of advisor phone activity and customer interaction, Supervisors will refine Advisor service skills, as well as re-emphasize essential phone behaviors defined by Customer experience objectives.
• Retain and deepen loyalty with our most profitable and highly valued customers
• Maintain a high level of accuracy & broker product knowledge through Underwriting audits
• To identify coaching opportunities, determine the appropriate coaching method, and implement the coaching process with direct reports and peers, with the goal of fostering talent within the organization and contributing to a continuous learning and development cycle.
• Providing teams with monthly performance results and conducting semi annual and yearly employee performance reviews.
• Responsible for recruiting of qualified Licensed Insurance Professionals.
• Work closely with other teams and departments within Call Centre to ensure for consistency and best practices.
• Deliver / maintain Service Level Agreements outlined to our partners and customers
• Participate in on-going training to ensure that Call Centre staff is kept up to date with all changes in products, price and underwriting changes.
• Provides suggestions to leadership team to help improve the efficiency of the unit.
