Qualifications
• University Degree or College Diploma with a focus on Business is required
• 7-10 years experience working as a manager or director in an OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE ONLY!!
• Must have experience working within a 3rd party call centre
• Strong management, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven track record of taking initiative
• Managing budgets
• Ability to drive new projects and meet deadlines
Duties
• Managing business development
• Ensuring all Operations departments operate efficiently, meeting both the customer's expectation of service and the companies' expectation of profitability
• Establish an Operations Plan in support of all departments in accordance with the overall strategic plan and growth objectives of the organization to ensure the accomplishment of approved business plans
• Assistance with the attainment of budgeted goals and objectives by evaluating and servicing their operating needs
• Work with other managers, outside resources and each operating group towards the accounts receivable objectives in accordance to the budgeted goals and objectives
• Management, training, development and evaluation of personnel in related areas in accordance to personnel policies
• Contribute to authoring operations policies and procedures, plus training programs designed to enable staff to comply
• Monitor the compliance with these company procedures and policies, and direct the implementation of more efficient procedures to accomplish company goals
• Conduct continual analysis and evaluation of strategic information (revenues, campaigns, overhead cost, day to day operations) and provide meaningful reporting to Senior Management Team in a timely and effective manner
• Commitment to the mission statement and dedication to a customer based management philosophy to ensure service excellence is provided to all divisions, personnel, customers and vendors.
