Qualifications
- University Degree, College Diploma or CIP Designation
- Minimum of 8 -10 years insurance experience
- Minimum 3 -5 years management experience
- Experience in a call centre environment is an asset
- Highly organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Duties

- Provide leadership and direction to claims service team
- Coaching and mentoring a team of supervisors and specialized direct reports
- Motivate and encourage staff to succeed
- Ensure and instill a Customer Service culture within the Team
- Ensure that effective claims procedures and systems are established and monitored to ensure quality and correctness of claims adjudication.
