Description:
Our client, an accounting firm located in Toronto, is looking to hire a Full Time Permanent Administrative Assistant who has Bookkeeping experience. This is a very fast paced environment which requires a highly energetic and organized individual. The Administrative Assistant will also perform other job related functions as may be required.
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping background
- Must have previous 2-5 years administrative assistant experience
- Strong MS Excel, Word, Outlook, typing, and data entry
- QuickBooks is an asset
- Must possess strong communication skills with positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, faxing, filling, typing email and letters, greeting clients at the front desk.
- Prepare and organizing the paper work from clients
- Other administrative duties as assigned
