Opportunity
The ideal candidate will have experience on an inside team in the new home / condo industry or solution-selling environment. This role’s focus will be on the assessment and development of all targeted lead generation and sales, accurate sales forecasting and a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
Effectively pitching prospects, qualifying new opportunities and moving them through the sales cycle and end in a successful close. Also assist in the overall sales growth in a targeted area. You will also manage tradeshows, schedule and manage all webinars, lead tracking via CRM and some travel will also be required.
Requirements
Sales/Marketing Experience in the new home / condo industry is preferred
University/college marketing degree or 2 years industry experience
Knowledge and keen interest in the Internet with the ability to research, identify and qualify potential client leads
Attitude and Personality: Enthusiastic, organized, self-motivated, take-charge team player with a willingness to learn in a constantly evolving environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are essential
Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to effectively multi-task
Computer savvy on applications such as Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
