Qualifications
 Minimum 3 years of personal lines underwriting experience
 College or University degree preferred or relevant work experience
 Must have superior written and oral communication skills
 RIBO preferred or must be willing to obtain RIBO
 CIP or CAIB designation preferred
 Solid time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
 Computer proficient

Duties
 Underwrite Personal Lines risks in accordance with company policies and procedures
 Coaching and providing constructive feedback to agents to help improve front-line underwriting skills
 Communicate with agents all underwriting issues in a timely manner
 Perform agent underwriting audits
 Remain current with industry trends and make recommendations for areas of process improvements
