Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly individual to join our team as Client Services Manager. This unique and key position combines the responsibilities of a client-fulfillment manager, bookkeeper, and marketing coordinator. It will appeal to an individual who thrives on being organized, interacting with clients, and managing multiple priorities in a stimulating environment. Responsibilities

Client Relations and Internal Scheduling
• Serving as primary client contact for job-related matters (new case intake, status updates, information requests, etc.)
• Scheduling jobs in collaboration with other managers to ensure a consistent and optimal internal work load for the studio
• Serving as team lead to coordinate case flow during job analysis/proposal phase
• Monitoring job progress to ensure on-time delivery of visuals to clients
Bookkeeping
• Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable (using QuickBooks Pro)
• Invoicing clients in a timely manner
Marketing
• Implementing marketing endeavours including arranging for studio participation at trade-shows and professional conferences, preparing mailings and tracking results
• Assisting with research in target markets; monitoring interactions with prospective clients
• Participating in marketing planning

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in an applicable program of study
• Supervisory or team lead experience an asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client service role (preferably business-to-business)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Team player with the ability to work as a team player
• Well versed in medical terminology, anatomy, and medical concepts
• Experience handling confidential business and personal information
• Strong attention to detail
• Superb organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Bookkeeping experience (knowledge of QuickBooks Pro an asset)
• Well-developed general computer skills
• Friendly, professional attitude with a can-do approach
• visual communication abilities (artistic/design sense) an asset
