Qualifications
• 1 to 2 years insurance experience; claims experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills are essential
• Career minded individuals whom have demonstrated a career path
• An educational background including relevant post-secondary education complemented by CIP courses would be preferred.

Duties
• Involved in adjusting auto physical damage claims
• Gathers the facts of each claim and makes decisions throughout resolution of claims
• Records details of incidents involving policyholders
• Maintains vigorous claims diary supporting the resolution of claim issues
