Description

Provides bilingual customer services related to supply chain and third party logistics for internal and external customers and is responsible for logistics analysis.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual (French/English)
• 1-3 years experience in supply chain and logistics
• University Degree/College Diploma in Business is required
• SAP exposure would be a definite asset

Duties

• Liaises with 3rd party warehouses to ensure all logistics activities are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
• Maintains Master Data related to UPS, SAP and Data Mart, ensuring files, names and addresses are current and accurate
• Receives and processes all product returns for all pharma products. Ensures that accurate tracking and recording of returned products is maintained.
• Upon instruction, sets up approved contracts with CPDN, UPS and other suppliers to ensure accurate pricing for hospitals and buying groups.
• Provides required coordination and support to Sales and Marketing related to inbound and field shipments of samples and marketing materials.
• Prepare a variety of reports
• Provides positive customer relations and communication by telephone and email with Sales and Marketing staff, logistics and supply chain suppliers and external customers such as hospitals, pharmacies and wholesalers.
