Qualifications

• Must be fully fluent in both Mandarin and English
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in an inbound call centre
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Duties

• Taking inbound calls
• Providing quality customer service over the phone
• Up-selling/Cross-selling services
• Meeting call quality and adherence/conformance metrics
