Qualifications

• Must be fully fluent in Spanish, French and English
• Must have minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment
• Technical support experience is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task effectively

Duties

• Must be able to take calls in Spanish, French and English
• Providing direct telephone, e-mail and remote access support to clients
• Providing answers and technical solutions to customer queries
• Documenting details of each case, clearly and concisely for tracking and reporting purposes
• A commitment to quality, customer service, ownership, and teamwork
• Willingness to learn and develop skills relevant to department needs
• Developing expertise in key subject matters, share ideas/solutions with team members
• Providing back-up and fill-in for other Team members as necessary
• Identify and provide input for on-going improvement of Department procedures
• Update and maintain database records as necessary
