Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Hours of Work: 9am-5pm

Qualifications

• Must be fully fluent in both English and French
• 1-2 years of sales experience in the transportation/logistics industry is a MUST!!
• Minimum of 1 year of technical support experience
• Strong customer service experience
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times
• Must be punctual
• Good typing skills
• Strong computer skills

Duties

• Call prospective clients in the transportation/logistics industry and sell the company’s products to them
• Provide excellent customer service/tech support to clients
• Inbound/outbound calls
• Servicing existing clients
• Conducting routine follow-up calls to clients
