Qualifications
• Must be fully fluent in both English/French
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call centre environment
• Experience with Accounts Receivables would be an asset
• Experience tracking shipments/orders
• Great multi-tasker
Duties
• Answering all customers’ calls regarding complaints, b/o inquiries, return authorizations, price requests, product information, and contacting customers with product changes or price differences in a timely fashion.
• Conferring with Purchasing regarding product and special order information, pricing and adding product numbers to the system as well as ETA’s on product.
• Order Entry: Entering phone and faxed orders, contacting customers regarding price differences, wrong product number, and product number changes and any other problem with their order. This is to be done immediately and follow up call to be made after 2 fax attempts. Contacting warehouse for orders, shipping errors and Rush orders.
• Invoicing: To invoice orders every morning and mailing them out to the customers. Then filing the invoices in the customer’s files.
• Helping Sales Representatives with price enquires, b/o information, and return authorizations.
• Communicating any pricing issues with the contract manager to help clean up contracts so we can better serve our customers.
• Answering reception line when needed.
