Description

 Our client has an immediate opportunity for an Inside Sales Business Development Representative within the Real Estate Financial entity. The right candidate will be responsible for providing innovative financial solutions to the real estate agents and develop relationships with brokerage support staff and Realtors. The candidate will help support and accelerate growth with the existing client base by generating new leads through tele-sales across Canada.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual in both English/French
• Knowledge of Real Estate is a must
• Minimum 2 years of prior lead generation/ inside sales experience required
• Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-orientated sales environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and client databases are essential
• Persuasive and engaging oral and written communication skills including use of proper phone etiquette
• Highly motivated, client-focused, sales professional
• Must be able to identify and adapt to different social styles of prospects over the phone
• Must be able to articulate the benefits relative to the prospects’ needs via the phone
• Must be able to fulfill a flexible schedule.

Duties

• Drive the sales and profitability of the business by selling to new customers
• Develops understanding of internal resources to be utilized to resolve specific issues in a timely manner
• Develop and refine calling processes, procedures, and work flow to ensure continuous personal improvement; document processes utilizing tools and established methodology
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Assertively plan and execute your sales program, using both web-based research and existing contact lists
• Assess customer needs around commission advance, explain in a professional manner what the service is and close related products
• Outbound communication to potential customers mostly using established procedures and scripted responses, phone and email
• Line up a minimum of 2 commission advance sales per day
• Fielding of general program inquiries and product specific offerings
• Accurately and diligently update lead records in sales systems based on established criteria
• Generate activity reports and submit to management for review
• Manage, track and provide sales opportunity status on all sales leads to management
