Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-11pm (flexible), some weekends
Qualifications
• University Degree or College Diploma
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a call centre environment
• 2+ years of operations experience required
• Quality assurance experience required
• Previous insurance experience preferred
• Must be motivated and customer focused
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and in a team environment
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and proactive problem solving skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Strong decision making skills
• Proven track record in building a high performing team through motivation and recognition
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications
• Bilingual French an asset
Duties
• Supervisor will be expected to lead, support and develop their team to meet both internal and client expectations in a call centre environment.
• Serve as a coach and mentor for all staff delivering services
• Managing the expectations of patients
• Provide excellent counseling and problem solving expertise
