Description

 If you are looking to join our growing staffing firm as a Recruitment Consultant and have the necessary drive and ambition to succeed, then this is the position for you!

Qualifications

• University Degree/College Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1-2 years experience working as a Recruitment Consultant generating new business
• Experience with cold calling
• Excellent ability to multi-task many job orders at once
• Solid ability to prioritize your work
• Must be punctual, professional and reliable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Duties

• Generating new business for the company by cold calling/networking
• Establish/develop/maintain relationship with clients through open lines of communication
• Sourcing candidates through a number of avenues
• Conducting background/reference checks on perspective candidates
• Screening candidates over the phone and conducting face-to-face interviews
