Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)

Hours: 8am-8pm (rotating shifts)
This position is within the Financial Services sector of our client which is in the automobile industry. It’s a great opportunity for someone in the customer service industry to work for a great company with a competitive salary.
Qualifications
• University Degree/College Diploma is a must!!
• Must be fully bilingual in English and French
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a call centre environment
• Must be able to Multi-task
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Is fluent in responding to common questions asked by customers
• Must be open to growth opportunities
• Previous Accounts Receivable/collections experience an asset
Duties
• Communicate with Insurance companies and Automobile dealerships regarding policy coverage’s
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system
• Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved
• Recommend process improvements.
