Description

Our client has an immediate opportunity for a Sales Coordinator. The right candidate will assess and develop all targeted lead generation and sales, qualify new opportunities and move them through the sales cycle and assist in ending in a successful close. The candidate will also assist in the management of all lead generation activities such as tradeshows, webinars etc.

Qualifications

• University/college marketing degree or 2 years industry experience
• Experience in the new home / condo industry
• Solution selling Sales training,
• CRM Experience
• Knowledge and keen interest in the Internet with the ability to research, identify and qualify potential client leads,
• Attitude and Personality: Enthusiastic, organized, self-motivated, take-charge team player with a willingness to learn in a constantly evolving environment
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to effectively multi-task
• Computer savvy on applications such as Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator,
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
