Description

 The Program Manager will be responsible for setting and executing operational objectives and plans aligned to the strategy of the organization.
 Ensure that the appropriate documentation, implementation and communication of operating standards are completed for area of responsibility.
 Lead, Support and Develop the team to meet both internal and client expectations in a call centre environment.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Science
• Minimum of 5 years management experience with progressive accountability
• Quality assurance experience required
• Pharmaceutical Knowledge required
• Proven track record in building a high performing team through motivation and recognition
• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and proactive problem solving skills
• Previous forecasting and scheduling experience an asset

Duties

• Responsible for implementing plan of unit
• Responsible for oversight and accountability of unit
• Act as a liaison and resource for the clients
• Provide oversight and planning of staffing and personal issues
• Identify opportunities and risks associated with changes in the external environment, looking forward 1 – 2 years
• Implement annual budget for area of responsibility
