Qualifications
• 1 – 2 years in a CSR role
• Knowledge of auto parts and truck components a definite asset
• A positive attitude and proficient in English and French (oral and written skills).
• Outgoing, enthusiastic individual who is a good team player and also works well with minimal supervision.
• Customer service oriented with a professional phone manner and exceptional communication skills.
• Must be able to pay close attention to detail
• Must have own transportation

Duties
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, routine technical questions and performing superior customer service and support
• Build and maintain rapport with existing customers
• Up-sell products
• Data and order entry into the system
