Description

The right candidate will be responsible in growing the consulting business by leading the team and delivering on client’s project.

Qualifications

• Must be fully bilingual (French,English)
• 10+ years of experience in the consulting or insurance environment
• Prior experience with Montreal HR/benefits
• Project management skills
• Strong technological expertise with the capacity to remain current with respect to industry trends
• Self starter with high level of organization skills
• Ability to be an effective coach and mentor to members

Duties

• Senior consultant in planning, designing, price strategy, vendor selection, plan management and benefit/health strategy
• Offer client leadership on targeted clients/prospects
• Provide alternative solutions by anticipating client/project needs using leadership and sound business judgement
• Work closely with Sales and Accounts team to develop new business in Montreal
• Participate in industry events and trade group and present to different business groups
• Facilitate complex client meetings to measurable results
• Act as strategic resource for Benefit consultants
• Exhibit thought leadership
