Description

 The primary focus of the Centralized Data Management Associate is to ensure data integrity. The Central Data Management Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely setup of articles in SAP and Legacy, robust data management and providing effective communication and support to retail stores, installation services, merchandising, logistics, advertising, e-commerce and special orders.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient/comfortable using SAP system
• Must have strong experience in Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Must have excellent administrative experience
• Excellent typing skills
• Understands integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (asset)
• Ability to multi-task and handle competing demands in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrates the ability to get things done despite a large workload
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manages deadlines effectively
• Demonstrates effective listening and clear verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively give and receive information

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall set-up, maintenance and integrity of article hierarchies, article attributes, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) data management, Point of Sale (POS) prompts, Extended Service Plan (ESP) prompts, chemical certification assembly, eco fee set up and product recalls
• Manage and execute host order data, site grouping data and assigning and transferring articles to retail stores.
• Vendor setup including primary vendor, lead times, minimums and association of vendor sub range
• Cost, retails and article maintenance
• Filing of supplier buying agreements, costs and retails.
