Description

- Looking for an experienced Truck Freight Specialist- AKA (Transborder Coordinator) to arrange for commercial transport of cargo for a growing logistics organization. Position requires working from the Mississauga office.

Qualifications

- Must have 2 or more years of experience working for a freight forwarding company within the trans-border division
- Must be familiar with Link Logistics software program
- Should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with Navision is preferred
- Excellent Customer Service- as position will require correspondence with both company and customer

Duties

- Scheduling shipments on a daily basis
- Hiring transport companies for shipments
- Preparing Quotes
- Booking Orders
- Dealing with suppliers and customers by phone, e-mail (20-50 a day), fax
- Using Link Logistics
