Client Sales Coordinator

Position: Client Sales Coordinator
Tenure: 1 year Temporary Contract
Location: Scarborough, ON
Base Salary: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Hours of Work: 40hours/week

Responsibilities:
• Responds to all customer inquiries related to product information, pricing, availability, delivery and promotions
• Processes, expedites and follows up with customer orders via electronic daybook
• Maintains Siebel (CRM) by entering all potential customer opportunities
• Undertake all engineering related inquiries and provides technical support to customers
• Resolve customer issues by tracking shipments and providing solutions
• Liaise with outside sales representatives and engineers to obtain information related to technical inquiries
• Liaise with other company units to resolve customer issues

Requirements:
• Post secondary education in Business or related field with minimum 1 year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work with a computerized customer relations management and inventory system
• Ability to sell products, and negotiate substitute products with customers
• Must be a team player with great customer service and organization skills
• Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as have excellent phone mannerisms
• Willing to adapt to changes and being proactive in the work environment
• Must be able to multi task and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Must have a technical aptitude to understand the basics of bearings and other industrial products
