Qualifications

• University Degree required
• 1+ years experience working in a sales driven, professional inbound call centre
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Great time management and prioritizing skills
• Must be a polished sales professional

Duties

• Perform sales pitch to potential students
• Maintain company database with timely/accurate documentation
• Transfer escalated issues to Supervisor
• Maintain efficiency metrics
• Provide quality and professional written and verbal communication
• Work standardized shifts as per individual program need.
• Must be available to attend company events on Sundays
• Participate in meetings with supervisors to discuss best practices
• Obtain referrals from prospect, student, and alumni sources
