Qualifications

• University Degree is required
• CHRP Designation is strongly preferred
• Must have extensive experience in:
o HRIS administration
o Pension & Benefits administration
• Previous HR Generalist experience is an asset
• Experience using HRIS
• Must have exceptional interpersonal/communication skills
• Good knowledge of employment laws
• Should have experience supporting Call Centres in an HR capacity.

Duties

• Primary point of contact for employees regarding all HR related matters.
• Back up for payroll specialist as required
• Creating monthly HR reports
• Maintenance of all employee and HR files
• Input employee data into HRIS
• Lead the recruitment & selection of hourly, temporary and salaried positions within the company.
• Manage company headcount
• Organize/conduct all new employee orientations
• Complete all employee letters
• Experience with compensation & benefits
• Ensures all performance reviews and objectives are completed and filed.
