Description

 Arrow Professional Services is looking for an internal Account Manager to work out of our Scarborough & North York offices.
 The primary responsibilities would be developing a database of clients or potential future clients and filling their vacant roles in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous inside sales/lead generation experience is required
• Must be reliable, punctual and professional
• The right candidate has to have excellent drive and determination to meet challenging quotas
• Must be resilient and persuasive over the phone in order to build relationships and close deals
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills is a must
• Previous experience working with staffing firms is an asset
• Outside the box thinker

Duties

• Identify quality companies that would make for good potential clients
• Develop a database of clients or potential future clients
• Cold call companies in search of the hiring manager
• Book meetings for the consultants to meet with the clients
• Work closely with consultants to ensure they are fully equipped with all of the information needed for their client meeting.
• Creativity is a must when attempting to reach hiring manager
• Document call results into database and record all information accurately and in a timely manner
