Summary:
Our company provides offshore solutions to businesses all across North America. We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to develop new business and build his/her own client base. Here are some key responsibilities:
Research decision makers, companies, departments to determine new and potential clients. Manage and drive account strategies from prospect to close.
Partner with clients through a strategic and consultative sales approach to understand their business issues, strategies and priorities so as to deliver business solutions.
Maintain good rapport and establish relationships based on trust with clients and potential clients
Make outbound calls and develop new business
Develop and present well-structured sales proposals to prospects outlining the purpose, key features, advantages and value proposition of the service.
Act as a liaison to resolve client concerns, cultivating key business relationships within the assigned territory.
Work closely with Overseas counterpart personnel to ensure timely delivery of services to the client.
Provide feedback to management on market pricing, trends, and opportunities.
Complete all related account and sales reporting documents in a timely manner.
Requirements:
A solid track record in prospecting and managing full sales cycles while achieving sales targets.
Ability to build strategic partnerships, identify potential sales and develop those accounts.
Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
Self motivated, ambitious and a willingness to learn and grow.
Education\Experience:
College diploma (or equivalent)
Proven results and minimum of 1 - 3 years of sales experience within a B2B environment.
Understanding of consultative Sales approach.
Computer literate in a Windows environment.
