Position: Marketing Manager

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma in Business or related field is required
• 3+ years of previous Marketing experience
• Must have experience with strategic marketing planning and direct marketing (online and offline)
• Must have excellent MS office skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Duties

• Coordinate with the media team on media deployment and lead generation efforts and ensures monthly and campaign targets are met/exceeded
• Develop and manage Marketing budgets monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Optimize online and offline marketing performance
• Possess a good grasp of marketing strategy, brand and product positioning
• Assist in the development of quarterly marketing campaign reports for management
• Report to senior management on a regular basis
• Assist in identifying new market segments and developing different strategies to target them effectively
• Mentor Assistant Marketing Managers and Marketing Coordinators
• Conduct market and competitor research for Marketing purposes
