Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of Vice President level experience working within the Information Systems department of an organization
• Minimum of 10+ years of Senior Management experience within systems development, IT acquisition, integration and operations
• University Degree is preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of LAN/WAN networking administration within Microsoft and IBM operating system environments, SQL and DB2 databases, as well as .NET application development
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Duties

• Responsible for the strategic management of the Information Systems department
• Ensure the stability and dependability of integral information systems are maintained
• Supervising and monitoring the on-going technical operation of the organization’s infrastructure
• Developing the overall business strategy and managing the team of technical professionals responsible for Network Operations and Software Development
• Work closely with business partners to generate solutions for clients
• Implement control measures dealing with the compliance of regulatory security, privacy and fraud avoidance measures
• The Vice President, Information Systems will have about 40 direct reports
