Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment working with account reconciliations
• Good working knowledge of MS Office is required
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Good understanding of accounting principles to provide customer support for issues pertaining to financial institutions
• Excellent attention to detail and resolution skills

Duties

• Deal with all types of customer inquiries
• Investigate client issues
• Process adjustments
• Follow-up with clients and merchants regarding status updates and various other issues
