Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of Senior Manager experience in Operations in a customer service environment
• Required to have some experience in the Financial Services industry
• University Degree in Finance or Business Management is preferred
• Exceptional knowledge of project management and planning principles
• Exceptional motivational abilities/techniques
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills required

Duties

• Implement staff training programs designed to ensure the consistent delivery of excellence in operational performance
• Coach and mentor the Operations team with a knack for process design
• Monitor key departmental variables to ensure the highest quality of customer service is being delivered effectively
• Developing operational processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and the quality of the customer service experience
• Create comprehensive documentation of operating procedures
• The Director of Operations will have about 40 direct reports
