Qualifications
Technical and support skills including:
 Good understanding of networks, wireless devices, routers, switches
 Good understanding of Novell, Active Directory, VPN, Outlook Exchange servers
 Should have a good written and oral communication skill as well as customer service experience
 Able to problem solve and work independently with little supervision
 College or Univeristy degree preferred

Duties
 Able to handle first and second level desktop support
 Able to install, configure and troubleshoot network printers, laptops, desktops
 Able to install and troubleshoot software errors in Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Outlook and other mainstream applications
 Able to problem solve and work independently with little supervision
