Qualifications
Technical and support skills including:
Good understanding of networks, wireless devices, routers, switches
Good understanding of Novell, Active Directory, VPN, Outlook Exchange servers
Should have a good written and oral communication skill as well as customer service experience
Able to problem solve and work independently with little supervision
College or Univeristy degree preferred
Duties
Able to handle first and second level desktop support
Able to install, configure and troubleshoot network printers, laptops, desktops
Able to install and troubleshoot software errors in Windows XP, MS Office 2003, Outlook and other mainstream applications
Able to problem solve and work independently with little supervision
