Qualifications

 Post-secondary education and/or a minimum of 3 years of related experience
 Must possess extraordinary positive attitude, exceptional interpersonal, organizational skills.
 Ability to work independently and deadline-oriented
 Excellent analytical and proactive problem-solving skills

Duties

 Anticipate, recognize and respond to customer needs
 Verify applicable coverage and liability
 Collect and review information necessary to administer the claim and acts upon the information received
 Update interested parties based on information collected
 Act as a liaison and resource for the claimants/clients
 Compares alternatives for solving problems or improving procedures or products
 Identify and resolve problems by referring to policies, procedures and standards
 Recognize subrogation and Fraud
