Qualifications
 Intermediate to advanced Word, Access Excel and Outlook
 Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, follow up and ensure completion of tasks.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Maintain confidentiality of information

Duties

 Data entry and processing information on a database, doing analysis and creating reports.
 Follow up with client groups.
 Assisting in the planning of corporate event - planning, organizing and following up
 Checks mail, processes invoices, maintains expense accounts and enter into spreadsheets.
 Assist in confirming interview times etc, with employees
 Create filing system and maintain same.
 Filing documents
 Work on Outlook Calendar management
 Work closely with the Manager to make travel arrangements and other duties as required.
