Qualifications
Intermediate to advanced Word, Access Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, follow up and ensure completion of tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Maintain confidentiality of information
Duties
Data entry and processing information on a database, doing analysis and creating reports.
Follow up with client groups.
Assisting in the planning of corporate event - planning, organizing and following up
Checks mail, processes invoices, maintains expense accounts and enter into spreadsheets.
Assist in confirming interview times etc, with employees
Create filing system and maintain same.
Filing documents
Work on Outlook Calendar management
Work closely with the Manager to make travel arrangements and other duties as required.
