Qualifications
 Intermediate to advanced Word, Access Excel and Outlook
 Minimum of 2 years of Administrative at a Director capacity
 Strong Outlook Calendar Management experience
 Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, follow up and ensure completion of tasks.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Maintain confidentiality of information

Duties

 Supporting 3 Directors in an administrative capacity
 Prepare written correspondence, reports and presentations using the Microsoft Office package of applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access)
 Coordinate, schedule and organize meetings and appointments,
 Provide preparatory materials and files as appropriate.
 Coordinate design team meetings and other committees as required, including scheduling and preparation of agendas and minutes
 Complete timesheets and liaise with Payroll or Human Resources Departments.
 Answer and direct telephone calls
 Organize and maintain filing system.
 Duties as deemed necessary and appropriate which may include periodic support for projects within the planning portfolio.
