Base Salary: $22–25/hour
Hours of Work: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm

Description

 Our client has an immediate opening for an Accountant at their Mississauga location. The right candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating month & year-end reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Accounting experience preparing year-end financial statements
• University Degree in Accounting is required
• Must be able to qualify for secret clearance
• Must have lived in Canada for the last 10 years
• Needs to have a clear criminal & credit background
• Professional designation is a definite asset (CA, CMA, CGA)

Duties

• Prepare month/year end close and analysis
• Provide support schedules and analytics for financial information
• Prepare, submit and present monthly financial statements and budget status reports
