Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Accounting/AP & AR experience, ideally within the retail sector
• Good knowledge of JDA software
• University Degree or College Diploma in Finance or Accounting is an asset
• Knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Budgeting and cost-control principles
• Must be willing to work overtime as required
• Professional, punctual and reliable
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills is a must
• Keen ability to work well under pressure

Duties

• Match purchase orders with receiving documents and vendor invoices
• Manage & maintain all issues pertaining to invoices
• Oversee AP & AR for vendor accounts
• Creating reports for management on a monthly basis by analyzing trends
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
