Description

Our client has an immediate opening for a senior HR recruiter at their Toronto location. The right individual will be responsible for doing hands-on, full lifecycle recruitment (including logistics and scheduling).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or a related field
• 5 – 8 years of experience as an HR generalist/recruitment specialist
• Experience in recruiting within a financial institution – definite asset
• Working with upper level management and C – level executives
• Multitasking in a high paced environment

Duties

• Work with senior management to align recruitment strategies to organizational needs
• Source qualified candidates - networking, referrals, job boards, professional associations etc.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to deem organizational fit
• Using ATS, retain reports and metrics on candidate status
• Works with HR to identify and prioritize internal client recruiting needs
