Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma
• Minimum 2 years of data entry experience
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
• Good communication skills
• Must be professional, punctual and reliable

Duties

• Process automobile insurance request forms from brokers across Canada
• Enter new business policies onto the system and adjust claims for any inconsistent, hidden, false or missing information
• Work with Underwriters regarding contradictory information found in a policy
• Process money orders, cheques and credit card payments on a daily basis
• Use the Portal system to help test new home product lines for IT troubleshooting
• Create supplementary binders to assist with the orientation of data entry and CSR employees
• Perform other tasks as required
