By knowing each candidate as a person – recognizing their strengths and weaknesses, knowing their soft and hard skills, aware of their goals, wants and needs – we’re able to determine the positions where they will be most successful.
The final objective is to create the perfect “match” of employee to job – a win/win situation for both parties. The right job can be found by being an agent to our employee; the perfect employee can be placed if we know and serve our clients. Through a better understanding of our clients needs, recruiting becomes more easily targeted and focused on the skills and personalities needed to fill each position. With more in-depth familiarity of each candidate gained through personal screening and evaluating, accurate matches become the rule.

Quality of Candidates
- We pride ourselves in understanding our client’s requirements, culture and what the right fit will be for new employees joining their organization.
- We achieve this by going through a thorough debriefing of information from the account manager to the recruitment team so all criteria are understood.
- All candidates are met at least once for a face to face interview, and customized interview questions are asked based on the role
- Reference check questions are based upon interview feedback from recruiter and client so references are targeted to probe on potential weaknesses.
- We operate at a high sense of urgency, we quickly identify where the best candidates for a particular role may be located and immediately begin sourcing, ensuring a quick turnaround time.

Communication
- We provide regular status updates on the recruitment process to our clients. Keeping them in the loop on various statistics, including candidates sourced, screened, interviewed, short listed, tested, presented, etc.. This is done on a weekly or as needed basis, depending on our client’s preference.
- Our dedicated account managers are available 24/7 through email access.
- Our phone system ensures you speak with a representative from Arrow live when you call
Flexibility
- We can quickly adapt to our clients needs. From needing 1 person to hundreds of candidates. Arrow Professional Services’ model allows us to take on very large projects while still maintaining our high level of quality of candidates and speed of service.
- With on-site representatives, we can quickly take on projects in remote locations and provide the same quality of service we do in our main service areas. An Arrow Professional Services representative simply needs a desk, phone and internet connection and they will be securely connected to the Arrow Professional Services network.
